Lifting and transferring parking equipment freely accesses vehicle by lifting and transferring parking pallet. Vacant parking space on the ground changes with the sliding movement of ground parking pallet. When retrieving the top vehicle, the ground pallet automatically moves laterally to make a way, the top parking pallet falls to the ground. Vehicles could freely drive in and out on the ground pallet.
